MSI unveiled the new Spatium M570 NVMe SSD in M.2 2280 form factor. Equipped with PCIe 5.0 x4 interface and designed for use with the upcoming AMD Ryzen 7000 processors, as well as the already released Intel Alder Lake and upcoming Raptor Lake . Spatium M570 SSDs will be available in 1TB, 2TB and 4TB versions.

The novelty uses the Phison PS5026-E26 controller and 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips. The manufacturer of the latest MSI does not indicate. For new products, sequential read speeds of over 12 GB / s are claimed, and sequential write speeds up to 10 GB / s.
According to a screenshot provided by the company of a test of one of the Spatium M570, the novelty was able to provide a sequential write speed of up to 12,351 MB / s, and a sequential read of up to 10,119 MB / s. At the same time, the performance in random read and write operations was 1.3 million and 1.16 million IOPS, which is significantly higher than current PCIe 4.0 drives.
MSI Spatium M570 SSDs will be equipped with heatsinks. The manufacturer did not indicate when he was going to start selling new products and how much they would be priced.
