ASUS has officially announced the ExpertCenter PN64 small form factor desktop computer, which was announced earlier this year.
The nettop is based on the Intel Alder Lake hardware platform. The most powerful version uses the Core i7-12700H processor, which includes 14 cores (six performance and eight energy efficient) with the ability to process up to 20 instruction streams. The amount of DDR5 RAM reaches 16 GB. It is possible to install an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD with a capacity of up to 1 TB.
The device is enclosed in a case with dimensions of 120 × 130 × 58 mm. The equipment includes Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless adapters, as well as a 2.5G LAN network controller (Intel I225V).
The front panel has two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C connector and a standard audio jack. On the back are two HDMI 2.0 interfaces, one each USB 3.2 Gen2 and USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, a network cable jack, and a configurable port. The operating system is Windows 11.
